Décor #3: My Own Home! Pt. 3

I mean, of course I'd have some semblance of an in-home cinema. The many movie nights that don't happen in my SLife, happen here (usually it's just me watching films old enough to be out of copyright and therefore free to air - case in point, my favourite Shirley Temple movie, the Little Princess).

It could almost also be my KARI space. Thankfully, it's reopened and once again pumping out some awesome furnishings, as well as accessories and clothing. Latest release is this incredible Komrad HUD, which comes with multiple settings for frames, colors and FXs. Below are just a tiny sampling of what's possible for in-world photography.

Décor #1: My Own Home!

Now, I don't just shop for clothes in SL - furniture and decor have a very special place in my heart. So when I'm not splurging my lindens on clothes, I'm usually house hunting or looking for knick knacks to add to the home I share with my dear friend Dailyn Holfe.

Thus, I present a short mini-series of posts based around the spaces in our home (just so this doesn't turn into a monster post). We live in one of my favourite prefabs of all time, the wonderful Port Eynon Skybox by Trace Osterham's THEOSOPHY. Whilst I love open plan builds, I did modify the skybox a tiny bit just to define the spaces a bit more (more of which you'll see in the posts to come).

FYI #4: Grand Sim Opening Of LULA

I can barely contain myself. Some of the grid's best and brightest have banded together to not only open a new sim, but bring forth a new brand. Lula is now home to Lamb, Turnip's, Tres Blah and lovechild of Juliette Westerburg and Emma Gilmour, their shabby chic new brand, Mon Tissu.

Not only is the sim gorgeous (for all you SL shutterbugs), but the entire collection is disgusting...ly good. Come payday, I'm afraid I may have to fatpack it all. But for now, here's a quick glance.
