Dressed Down #28: 'Masterchiller'

In a bit of an homage to a particular web monkey who seems to loathe my love of Masterchef, I offer up this poor punnery of an ensemble. And in case you missed the memo, this humble blog is now nestled comfortably at www.slidioglossia.com - thank you Liquid.

Onto business, I've been bumming around the grid in this outfit for awhile [sic], unable to take it off/be buggered to change. If this sounds like you, then I hope you enjoy. It's comfy, casual and still looks like you put in a bit of effort.

Highlights? Cute tousled hair from LELUTKA and complimenting sculpted accessories from MON TISSU, MIEL and KARI. Finally, my favourite ALBERO GATCHA item - FIR&MNA's Zodiac necklaces.

Dressed Down #18: Totes Vintage

New LULA releases are becoming a serious day-maker for me. Featured below are just a small sampling of the new releases from MON TISSU and LAMB.

I felt like being a little girly after all the butt kicking yesterday. I'm quite picky with jewellery in SL (still mourning the loss of MUSE), particularly pearl, so I'm including some of my favourite pearl pieces from WHIPPET & BUCK, DECO and ZAARA.

Dressed Down #15: Budget Boho

Lately I've been feeling a bit lazy... just wanting to chill and hangout and not put any real effort into anything (except blogging of course).

So this is my 'thrown together' bit. I'm a very recent buyer of EXILE hairs and I thought this one was especially cute.

Sadly the clutch is a former 'gatcha' item from a previous ALBERO fair, so I tried not to feature it too prominently. Keep an eye out for those, I am forever picking up cute little knick knacks there.

Dressed Down #9: Chilly Bunny

Well I'm back behind the desk, having celebrated my friends' graduation in RL yesterday! Woot! So because I'm still recovering, I'm having to rely on an old ensemble to get me through the day.

Featured in this post are my two favourite One Eleven items. You've already become acquainted with my Surf Co. boots, but I was also lucky enough to have purchased Anya Ohmai's cute sweater. Together they make a snug winter ensemble for a day on the pond, perhaps?

Dressed Down #7: Flared Blues

This is alittle bit 60's retro but I love the silhouette. Believe it or not, I started this ensemble with some of the latest releases from MAITREYA (Natalie hair and Moxie shoes). Not sure how I wound up with this as an end result, but there you go.

I love the textures of both IZUYAMI's cardigan and the woollen feel of R.ICIELLI's pants. I rarely get to indulge in winterwear this time of year, so SL is quite a nice escape from Sydney's heat and play fashion model. Expect more winter ensembles from me, this season!

Finally, another cute highlight are the nail colours from TRES BLAH. I'm not a huge fan of prim nails, especially fitting them and most nail glove layers simply annoy me as they seem to not cover the nail bed featured on most skins, but Juliette seems to have nailed this (get it? heh, heh...yeah-.-). The fatpack comes in cute pastels and some solid basics.
